When you add more heat to ice and cause it to melt we will see a few changes, like:
Temperature, it will increase
State, it will change from solid to liquid
Rigidity is a characteristic of solids, therefore this will change when the ice melts
Shape will change
Density, as the temperature increases, the volume will decrease, therefore increasing the density
Color changes from a whitish to a "transparent color"
The one thing that won't change is the mass, mass is not affected by the change in temperature
