To Determine: The coordinate of the y-intercept

Solution

The graph given is a parabola.

The x-intercept is the point where the curve cuts the x-axis, while

the y-intercept is the point where the curve cuts the y-axis

This is as shown in the graph given as below

From the above, it can be seen that the curve cuts the y-axis at y = -8

Hence, the coordinate of the y-intercept is ONE POINT (0, -8)
