The given expression is

(x+9)(x-2)-9x-6

Solve the product.

x^2-2x+9x-18-9x-6=x^2-2x-24

Then, factor the quadratic expression. Find two numbers whose product is -24 and whose difference is -2.

x^2-2x-24=(x-6)(x+4)

Therefore, the answer is (x-6)(x+4).
