the general formula of a parabola is

y=ax^2+bx+c

we can replace the the points to find a,b and c

First (0,4)

\begin{gathered} 4=a(0)^2+b(0)+c \\ 4=0+0+c \\ c=4 \end{gathered}

Then (-5,1.5) and c=4

1.5=a(-5)^2+b(-5)+4
