The equation of the line that passes through (4,6) and with solpe 3

\begin{gathered} y-6=3(x-6) \\ y=3x-18+6 \\ y=3x-12 \end{gathered}

To find where the function passes throw the x-axis we need to make y=0.

\begin{gathered} 3x-12=0 \\ 3x=12 \\ x=4 \end{gathered}

On the other hand, if we replace x=0, then we will obtain when the graph crosses the y-axis

\begin{gathered} y=3(0)-12 \\ y=-12 \end{gathered}

So the answer is C.
