Part 1

x-intercept value of x when the value of y=0

so

Looking at the graph

For y=0

the value of x=2

therefore

the x-intercept is (2,0)

Part 2

y-intercept (value of y when the value of x=0)

looking at the graph

For x=0

the value of y=-8

therefore

the y-intercept is (0,-8)
