Step 1

The prism consist of two triangles of a height of 5cm and a base of 12cm, rectangles of dimensions of 5cm by 15cm, 12cm by 15cm, and 13cm by 15cm.

Step 2:

\begin{gathered} The\text{ area of the two triangles = 2 }*\text{ }(1)/(2)\text{ }*\text{ 5 }*\text{ 12 = 60cm}^2 \\ \\ Area\text{ of the rectangles = 5}*15\text{ + 12}*15\text{ + 13}*15 \\ =\text{ 75 + 180 + 195} \\ =\text{ 450cm}^2 \end{gathered}

Step 3

Total surface area = 60 + 450 = 510

Total\text{ surface area = 510 cm}^2

Final answer

C) 510
