Career A is Symmetric distribution

The mean of Career A is 35

The spread is (45-25)=20

Career B is the left-skewed distribution

The mean of Career B is 30.

The spreads (60-15)=45

The hourly earnings of B more spread out

Career B has greater median hourly earnings than career A

Hence Option B and C are correct.
