The problem is addressing a credit card bill and statement of the payment made. It is shown below:
The owner of the credit card is paying the minimum she is required to pay ($15), and she is clearly charging more in her credit card than what she is paying off. Notice that the "Total This Period" is $278.46 (the total of all purcahses she made) , and she is paying off just $15.
So answer to Question 1) is: YES, she is charching more than she is paying off.
Question 2) She could have $35 charge on her bill if she submits her payment after the due date which is on May 3rd 2019.
Question 3) There is no annual fee for use of her card as seen at the bottom of the statement in the column entitled "Amount" that reads $ 0.00
Question 4) If she keeps the same spending habits and pays only minimum due, her debt will grow enormously, given that there are interest running (15% variable annual rate as shown on the very last line) on the amount she has not paid.
