\begin{gathered} (x,8) \\ is\text{ }a\text{ }solution\text{ }to \\ 3x-4\leq y \end{gathered}

Insert the value is, we have;


\begin{gathered} 3x-4\leq8 \\ 3x\leq12 \\ x\leq3 \end{gathered}

Thus a possible value of x is;


x=2
