The triangle is a right-angled triangle, therefore Pythagoras Theorem will apply.

Pythagoras theorem states that “In a right-angled triangle, the square of the hypotenuse side is equal to the sum of squares of the other two sides“

Let the unknown side which is also the hypotenuse be h

\begin{gathered} h^2=3^2+6^2\text{ (Pythagoras theorem)} \\ h^2=9+36 \\ h^2=45 \\ h=\sqrt[]{45} \\ h=3\sqrt[]{5} \\ or \\ h=6.7\text{ (1 decimal place)} \end{gathered}

The third side is 6.7
