the probability of event A is

p(A) = 0.38

and

p(B) = 0.33

so,

P(A or B ) = P(A U B) fully independent

as event A and event B is two different event ,

so,

P (A U B) = p(A) + p(B)

= 0.38 + 0.33

= 0.71

thus, the answer is 0.71
