From the information provided, the dog is facing its owner's house (which is 50 foot tall. Therefore, in the right angled triangle that would be formed, the opposite side is 50, the adjacent (the line betwwen the 90 degree angle and the reference angle) is 5. Hence the angle of elevation is;
