Firt, calculate the time Tony picked all peaches:

The difference in time between the given times is 1 hour and 52 minutes, or 112 minutes.

Then, if Tony picked the peaches at a constant rate, 1/4 of the peaches was picked in 1/4 of the previous time, that is:

1/4 * 112 min = 28 min

That is, Tony picked 1/4 of the peaches in 28 min, which is equivalent to Tony picked 1/4 of the peaches at 13:18
