The general equation of line passing through two points (x_1,y_1) and (x_2,y_2) is,

y-y_1=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)(x-x_1)

Determine the equation of line passing through two points.

\begin{gathered} y-5=(5-5)/(3+2)(x+2) \\ y-5=0(x+2) \\ y=5 \end{gathered}

So equation of line is y = 5.
