First we calculate the hypotenuse using the values given:


h=\sqrt[]{(24)^2+(16)^2}\Rightarrow h=8\sqrt[]{13}

We also have:


\sin (\theta)=\frac{16}{8\sqrt[]{13}}\Rightarrow\theta=\sin ^(-1)(\frac{2}{\sqrt[]{13}})\Rightarrow\theta=33.69\Rightarrow\theta\approx34

From this we have that the angle equals 34°.
