Solution

For this case we want to find the following probability:

P(-0.38 < z <0)

And we can do the following:

P(-0.38 < z <0) = P(z<0) - P(z<-0.38)

And if we replace we got:

P(-0.38 < z <0) = P(z<0) - P(z<-0.38) =0.5- 0.352= 0.148
