If It takes 365,000 L to fill the pool, the megalite to fill the pool:

mega = 10^6

\begin{gathered} 1000000\text{ litre = 1 megalitre} \\ \text{mega means 10}^6 \\ 365000\text{ litres = x} \end{gathered}

Therefore conversion from litre to megalitre:

\begin{gathered} 1000000\text{ litre = 1 megalitre} \\ 365000\text{ litres = x} \\ x=\frac{365000\text{litres x 1 megalitre}}{1000000\text{ litres}} \\ x=0.365 \end{gathered}

Hence the megalitre to fill the swimming pool is 0.365
