the given expression is,

h(x)= x²-5x+7

for, h(-8) put x = -8

h(-8) = (-8)^2 - 5(-8) + 7

h(-8) = 64 + 40 + 7

h(-8) = 111

so, 1/3 times of h(-8)

\begin{gathered} =(1)/(3)* h(-8) \\ =(1)/(3)*111 \\ =(111)/(3) \end{gathered}

so the answer is 111/3
