From th given graph, the line is passing through the points,

\begin{gathered} (x_1,y_1)=(1,2) \\ (x_(2,)y_2)=(4,1) \end{gathered}

The expression to calculate the slope of a line passing through two points is,

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Substitute values in the above expression.

\begin{gathered} m=(1-2)/(4-1) \\ =(-1)/(3) \end{gathered}

Thus, the slope of the line y is -1/3.
