The general equation of parabola is,

y=ax^2+bx+c

Compare the given equation with general equation of parabola then value of a is -4, b = 0 and c = 0.

The value of coefficient of square term is negative whcih means parabola open downward.

The equation intersect the y axis at origin so y-intercept of the equation is (0,0).

Answer: Table C
