The Solution.

The given coordinates of the quadrilateral is:

P(0,7) , Q(4,6) , R(2,3) and S(-1, 3)

When it is reflected over the x-axis, the coordinates of the vertices of the image become

P'(0, -7), Q'(4,-6), R'(2,-3) and S'(-1, -3)

Reason: Reflection over x-axis only negate the values of y in the given coordinates.

For the reflection across the line y = x, it means to interchange the values of the xy-coordinates; That is,

P''(7,0) , Q''(6,4) , R''(3,2) and S''(3,-1)

Therefore, the correct answer are;

P'(0,-7) , Q'(4,-6) , R'(2,-3) and S'(-1,-3)

For y = x.

P''(7,0), Q''(6,4), R''(3,2) and S''(3,-1)
