We will have the following:

First, we determine the x-component of the vertex, that is:

First, we must expand the expression:

y=x^2+4x+4+3\Rightarrow y=x^2+4x+7

Then:

x=-((4))/(2(1))\Rightarrow x=-2

Now, we determine 2 points to the right of the vertex:

\begin{cases}(-1,4) \\ \\ (0,7)\end{cases}

Now, we determine 2 points to the left of the vertex:

\begin{cases}(-3,4) \\ \\ (-4,7)\end{cases}

Vertex is located at (-2, 3)
