Capitalism would be used to name the economic system in the United States.

Communism would be used to name the Economic system in the Soviet Union.

Here is a big difference beween them:

Capitalism promotes free economic activity of people and private businesses without interference from the national government.

Communism promotes complete government control of economic activity of all people and busineeses.
