We need to simplify the expression below:

(5^(-4)(25)^4)^2_{}

In order to do that we will have to use the properties for the power. This is done below:

\begin{gathered} (5^(-4)(5^2)^4)^2 \\ (5^(-4)(5^(2\cdot4)_{}))^2 \\ (5^(-4)\cdot5^8)^2 \\ (5^(8-4))^2 \\ (5^4_{})^2 \\ 5^8 \end{gathered}

The answer is 5^8.
