You have to order the given values from least to greatest.

0.64;(2)/(3);65\text{percent;}(7)/(10)

The first step is to express all values as decimal values, this way you find it easier to order them.

To express two thirds as a decimal value, you have to divide 2 by 3

(2)/(3)=0.67

To express a percentage as a decimal value you have to divide the percentage by 100

(65)/(100)=0.65

To express seven-tenths as a decimal value, you can divide 7 by 10

0.70

So the values expressed as decimal values are:

0.64;0.67;0.65,0.70

To order them from least to greatest you have to look at the decimals, the closer the value is to 1 the greater it will be, and the values closer to zero will be the smallest.

0.64<0.65<0.67<0.70
