SOLUTION

From the question looking at the row for age > 45 gives use individuals over or older than 45 years. under this same first row, the number that are not color blind is 39. So we are considering 39 as the number of individuals that are over 45 years and not color blind

Total number of individuals (total outcome) is

40+39+26+36=141

So the required probability becomes

\begin{gathered} \frac{expected\text{ outcome}}{total\text{ outcome}} \\ =(39)/(141) \\ =(13)/(47) \end{gathered}

Hence the answer is 13/47
