i can imagine that 8 is the heigh of the triangles and that 10 is the lenght of each side of the base:

then a expression to calculate the surface area is:

area of the base+ area of each triangle+area of each triangle+area of each triangle+area of each triangle= total surface area

the the total surface area is


10(10)+(10(8))/(2)+(10(8))/(2)+(10(8))/(2)+(10(8))/(2)=100+40+40+40+40

so the answer is D
