Givens.

The points are (9, -13) and (7, -11).

Use the slope formula.

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Where,

\begin{gathered} x_1=9,x_2=7 \\ y_1=-13,y_2=-11 \end{gathered}
m=(-11-(-13))/(7-9)=(-11+13)/(-2)=(2)/(-2)=-1

Therefore, the slope is -1.
