Ideal gas behavior can be found in some experimentally built graphs, that will show the behavior of the gas in terms of ideal gas conditions, which are 1 atm and 0°C (273 K), the graph also shows that for CO2, the lower the pressure, bigger will be the deviation from the ideal gas behavior, therefore with the low value of 0.1 atm, letter C is the best answer for this question
