we know that

the volume of the cone is equal to

V=(1)/(3)\cdot\pi^{}\cdot r^2\cdot h

we have

pi=3.14

r=13 cm

h=16 cm

substitute

\begin{gathered} v=(1)/(3)\cdot3.14\cdot(13^2)\cdot16 \\ v=2,830.2\text{ cm\textasciicircum{}3} \end{gathered}

Volume is about 2,830.2 cubic centimeters
