x^m\cdot x^n=x^(m+n)

The expression is given as,


(2.3*10^4)(3*10^5)

Solve the expression as,


\begin{gathered} =(2.3*10^4)(3*10^5) \\ =2.3*10^4*3*10^5 \\ =2.3*3*10^4*10^5 \\ =6.9*10^(4+5) \\ =6.9*10^9 \end{gathered}

Thus, the given expression is evaluated as,


(2.3*10^4)(3*10^5)=6.9*10^9
