We have a rectangle with a width W and a length L.

We can write the perimeter as:

P=2(W+L)

If we know that W=2.45 and P=10.8, we can calculate the length L as:

\begin{gathered} P=2(W+L) \\ 10.8=2(2.45+L) \\ (10.8)/(2)=2.45+L \\ 5.4=2.45+L \\ L=5.4-2.45 \\ L=2.95 \end{gathered}

The length of the rectangle is 2.95.
