Point P{ -8,5} is reflected over line y=2

The image of P will be P' {-8,-1 }

See attached graph ;

Then using the image P' {-8,-1} apply the translation with the rule :(x, y) -

(x - 1, y - 4)

This means : {-8,-1} ---------{ -8-1 , -1-4} -----------{ -9 , -5 }

The point P'' {-9,-5} is located in the III quadrant .

Reason : All coordinate values are negative {- ,- }
