Probability is the calculation of the chances of an event occurring, generally it is written as a fraction, decimal or percentage. There are different types of probability: simple probability and compound probability.

Simple probability: It is the probability that a single event occurs.

Compound probability: It is the probability that a combination of 2 or more single events will occur

Taking this into account, if we have 2 wheels and both are turned independently, we would have that this game is based on simple probability.

If you need to roll a combination of both wheels (for example, roll the number 2 on one wheel and the letter A on the other), the probability is compounded.
