A figure has rotational symmetry if it can be rotated about a point less than full turn and still look the same as it did before.

The figure in question can be rotated about the centre in less than a full turn and look the same as it did before. Therefore it has rotational symmetry of order 5

A figure has point symmetry if when turned upside down it looks the same as before. The figure in question when turned upside down does not look the same and therefore does not have point symmetry.
