Do number one and two please I don’t know how to do this. If your don’t know the formula for Pythagorean Theorem search it up so you can use it to find the missing value.

We need height first

Use Pythagorean theorem

\\ \sf\longmapsto H^2=14^2-(10/2)^2

\\ \sf\longmapsto H^2=196-25

\\ \sf\longmapsto H^2=171

\\ \sf\longmapsto H\approx 13

Now

Area

\\ \sf\longmapsto (1)/(2)bh

\\ \sf\longmapsto (1)/(2)(5)(13)[)tex]</p><p> [tex]\\ \sf\longmapsto (65)/(2)

\\ \sf\longmapsto 32.5cm^2

#2

Area of SQR=300/2=150in^2

Now

\\ \sf\longmapsto (1)/(2)bh=150

\\ \sf\longmapsto (1)/(2)b(15)=150

\\ \sf\longmapsto (b)/(2)=10

\\ \sf\longmapsto b=20in

Using Pythagorean theorem

\\ \sf\longmapsto x^2=15^2+20^2

\\ \sf\longmapsto x^2=225+400

\\ \sf\longmapsto x^2=625

\\ \sf\longmapsto x=25in
