Function:

h(x)=-2x^3+2x^2+4x+3

Finding the value of h(-1):

\begin{gathered} h(-1)=-2(-1)^3+2(-1)^2+4(-1)+3 \\ h(-1)=-2(-1)^{}+2(1)^{}+4(-1)+3 \\ h(-1)=2^{}+2^{}-4+3 \\ h(-1)=4^{}-4+3 \\ h(-1)=3 \end{gathered}

Answer: h(-1) = 3
