y = - 2/3x +4

slope intercept form:

y=mx+b

Where:

m= slope

b= y-intercept

For the equation:

y = - 2/3x +4

m= -2/3

Perpendicular lines have negative reciprocal slopes:

reciprocal of -2/3 = 3/2

m= 3/2

so the equation:

y= 3/2x-2
