27a raised to the zero power c raised to the 3 power for a = 2/3 and c= - 1/3I'll upload picture because it's confusing to type

Ok, so

Here we have the expression:


27a^0c^3

We want to evaluate it for:


\begin{gathered} a=(2)/(3) \\ \\ c=-(1)/(3) \end{gathered}

This is:


\begin{gathered} 27((2)/(3))^0(-(1)/(3))^3 \\ \\ 27(1)(-(1)/(27)) \\ =-1 \end{gathered}

So that's -1.
