Answer:

is the line are perpendicular then the product of there slope is -1

the slope of the first equation is 2

Explanation:

m1+m2=-1

2+m2=-1

m2=-1-2

m2=-3

so the second equation became y=-3x+C

then insert the point (-1,2)

2=-3*-1+C

2=3+C

C=2-3

C=-1

so y=-3x-1
