Given the coordinates of J are (-4,5).

The change of coordinates occurs while rotates 90 degrees clockwise is:

(x,y)\rightarrow(y,-x)

After 90 degrees clockwise rotation, the coordinates of J will change to

(-4,5)\rightarrow(5,-(-4))=(5,4)

The coordinates of J' are (5,4).
