To see if it is a reduction or an enlargment we have to check whether the constant multiplying x and/or y is greater than 1 or it's between 1 and 0.

If the transformation is

(x,y)\rightarrow(kx,ky)

if |k|>1 then it's an enlargement

if |k|<1 then it's a reduction

Let's see the problem here

1. (0.2x, 0.2y)

0.2 is between 0 and 1, so this is a reduction

2. (5/4x, 5/4y)

5/4 is the same as 1 1/4 or 1.25, so this constant is greater than 1. This is an enlargement

3. (7.5x, 7.5y)

7.5 is greater than 1. This is an enlargement

4. (4/5x, 4/5y)

4/5 is lower than 1, it's 0.8. This is a reduction
