Let C and T represent the residents that own a car and truck respectively.

Therefore,


Pr(C|T)=(Pr(C\cap T))/(Pr(T))
\begin{gathered} Pr(C\cap T)=(1)/(100) \\ Pr(T)=(20)/(100) \end{gathered}
Pr(C|T)=((1)/(100))/((20)/(100))=(1)/(20)=0.05=5\text{ \%}

Hence, the conditional probability that a person who owns a car also owns a truck is 5%.
