In this problem every 3 inches represent 5 feets, so if in the blueprint the wall is 21 inches then we can made a rule of 3 so:

\begin{gathered} 3\to5 \\ 21\to x \end{gathered}

so the equation will be:

x=(21\cdot5)/(3)=35

So the wall is 35 feets
