We were told that Mrs. Liang carry out a survey and was tabulated.

We are to find the percentage of Mrs. Liang students who spent 9 to 16 hours each week doing math home work.

From the table:

10 students spent 9 - 12 hours

3 students spent 13 - 16 hours

So, from 9 - 16 hours is the addition of the number of students at those times.

Number of students from 9 - 16 hours = 10 + 3 = 13.

Total number of students = 25

Therefore, the percentage of students from 9 - 16 hours is:

= 13 x 100

25

= 1300

25

= 52%

Therefore, the correct option is the third option which is 52%.
