All the somatic cells on the body of an organism have the same genes, and thus, the same chromosomes in normal conditions.

What makes different cell types (and therefore tissues, organs, and so on) exist is the fact that they have different sets of genes switched on, and others switched off, and this is what makes their characteristics, i.e phenotype, different from cells of another tissue.

Thus, the correct answer to this question is letter c.
