The volume of a cone with height h and radius r (half of it's diameter) is v = pi*h*r^2/3

For h = 4.5 ft and r = 14.2/2 = 7.1 ft, we have:

v = pi*4.5*(7.1^2)/3 = 237.6 ft^3
