We are asked to round the quantity to the nearest tenth of a cent. To do that we will take the first number after the decimal point and we will discard the others. If the second digit is greater or equal to 5 we will add 1 to the first digit and if it is smaller than 5 we will leave it the same. Therefore, we get:


28.374\approx28.4

Therefore, the price rounded to the nearest tenth of a cent is 28.4.

The same procedure can be used to solve the others.
