the two points on the line is,

A(-3,1) and B(2, -4)

so, the slope of the line is,

m=\frac{\text{rise}}{\text{run}}
m=\frac{-4-1}{2-(-3)_{}}
m=-(5)/(2+3)=-(5)/(5)=-1

thus, the slope of the line is m = -1
